When you choose Italy, every event is a masterpiece, every meeting an unforgettable experience, and every conference a celebration. Our unique culture, beautiful landscapes, deep history, scintillating food and drink, and of course, the Italian people, set the stage for extraordinary occasions. And with world-class meetings and conference facilities that are second to none, Italy is more than prepared to host events of all sizes and scales throughout the country:

The center of the Roman Empire, Rome’s ancient iconic attractions (from The Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain to The Pantheon, and many more) and its contemporary art, fantastic shopping, and inventive restaurants will leave a lasting impact on your delegates. And, the facilities are made to ensure meetings and conventions of any kind and scale can be handled with ease. The Rome Convention Center’s two buildings, The Palazzo Congressi and La Nuvola, as well as Salone delle Fontane, bring the most modern services to the city’s legendary setting.

The capital of the Tuscany region, Florence is the birthplace of the Renaissance, with its abundant art, architecture, and monuments. Naturally, it has some of the most impressive facilities in the world, including the Fortezza da Basso, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, built in 1536, and located in the city’s historic centre, with over 80,000 square meters (55,000 square meters covered) of space.

Milan is Italy’s commercial centre, and arguably its most stylish city. Old-world romance and urban energy knit fashion, food, architecture, and art together. Here you will find MICO, The Milano Congressi, the largest convention centre in Europe, with 65 breakout rooms and 50,000 square meters of exhibition space.

Built on more than 100 small islands, Venice has no roads, just canals – including the Grand Canal thoroughfare – lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. The central square, Piazza San Marco, is where you will find the famous St. Mark’s Basilica. In this amazing locale are the Venice Convention Center (Its Palazzo del Cinema and Palazzo del Casino can accommodate over 3,000 people), Arsenale (the former heart of the Venice naval industry from the XII century, and now perfect for atmospheric private and corporate meetings), and Punta della Dogana (built in in 1682, it serves as an artistic site for events).

On the beautiful Adriatic coast, Rimini was founded by the Romans in 268 BC, and is strewn with ancient Roman and Renaissance monuments. Its Palacongressi di Rimini gives shape and space to any event.

Dating to the 2nd millennium B.C., Southern Italy’s Naples has centuries of significant art and architecture to explore. And, of course, there’s nearby Mount Vesuvius, the still-active volcano that destroyed Pompeii. Flawlessly professional, the Maritime Station Congress Center is ideal for events of all kinds, with 3300 square meters of total area, 18 multifunctional rooms and a 700-seat hall.
