.....George Clooney falls in love with “Alta Badia”
George
Clooney loves Italy, no doubt about it. “A friend recommended me to visit
Alta Badia” said George Clooney, upon his arrival to the most beautiful
hotel in Corvara. Dressed in a black T-shirt and khaki pants, the
world famous star rode his Harley Davidson through the curved roads of the Dolomiti. “I have never seen anything so spectacular, it’s you and nature,
so close , in the most beautiful mountains of the world”, were George’s
additional remarks. Clooney didn’t want to miss a thing; from bike rides in
the morning to visit Corvara, Capolongo, Sella, Gardena, San Cassiano, to
breaks at Alpine refuges and local restaurants. Clooney and his friends
enjoyed breathtaking views along with pleasures for the palate. Then back to
the hotel where, George, who loves very much the Italian “Dolce Vita”,
indulged himself in the pampering of a relaxing
four - hands massage and the specialties of the Ladino cuisine and wines. Famous Ladino chefs prepared a delicious dinner of risotto ai funghi porcini, filet mignon wrapped in a crust of salt and cooked in hay, chocolate and ricotta soufflé, all accompanied by a bottle of Sassicaia 1988. And for George and his friends, shots of apricot grappa until 3am with the friendly Ladino inhabitants. Sweet dreams.
